Vision and Mission Statement of Place of Hope Ministries

Many people and families lives have been broken and fragmented. Drug and Alcohol addiction, abuse, homelessness, and life controlling problems have taken their toll.
There is hope, healing and restoration available. Jesus Christ can rebuild, repair and restore.

Our vision is RESTORATION …
to see people spiritually, emotionally, and socially restored: …
to God …their families … and society.
We see people becoming inter-dependent, self-sufficient members of their families and communities.

Our mission is BRINGING HOPE …
• bringing the healing and restorative message of Jesus Christ to individuals and families in concrete ways,
•…providing opportunities for spiritual growth, and …
• encouraging the body of believers to gather to worship God.

We accomplish our vision and mission through the strength of Jesus Christ and the help of our staff and community volunteers.
Our Outreach programs include:
• immediate shelter(Church of the Week program) and permanent housing to those experiencing homelessness,
• providing food to those who are hungry,
• Kids Hope Outreach with meals, bible fun and games
• spiritual nourishment for those hungry in spirit through our Recovering Hope Discipleship program,
• times of hope to those in Jail and Prison
• an opportunity to rebuild, repair and restore at our Living Hope Residential Center,
• and a place to worship God at our Sunday Worship services and other ministries.
